LONDON HEATING AND VENTILATION SUPPLIER ON THE MOVE

After 30 years in Feltham, heating and ventilation supplier Senior Hargreaves Ductshop has moved to Central Park in Hounslow.  Their new West London depot will provide local trade contractors with a complete range of ductwork, fans, grilles, dampers and hundreds of other key components.  The stock range has been greatly expanded to include every conceivable accessory from tapes to tools - making a visit also relevant to electricians, plumbers and other trades.

Depot manager, Paul Heryet explained, "We have taken this opportunity to improve our services to customers.  The new Ductshop will have a spacious reception with tea and coffee facilities will provide customers with a comfortable area to relax in while we take care of their order." 

Senior Hargreaves has upgraded their IT systems so orders can be processed more quickly.  Credit card payments from new customers not wishing to set up an account will also be accepted.  Stock levels have been rebalanced so that customers should be able to get everything they need in a single trip.  The new depot opened on September 26 and plans are in hand for an informal pre-Christmas open day with a mini-exhibition for customers.

Senior Hargreaves has plans for a new East London Ductshop to open in early 2006.  The company is one of the UK's largest manufacturers of ventilation ductwork offering both off-the-shelf and bespoke products.  Economies of scale in manufacture and sourcing products allows them to offer competitive services to trade customers while flexible account and credit card facilities mean no order is too big or too small.
