HARGREAVES BREAKS DOUBLE MILLENNIUM Bury based Senior Hargreaves is one of the most experienced companies in the heating and ventilation business. At a recent meeting of the 25 Club, an exclusive group of employees with 25 years or more service with the company, four new members joined the roll of 71. Managing director Brian Ward commented, "One of the strengths of Senior Hargreaves is the accumulated experience and dedication of our staff. The 25 Club has a combined service of 2162 years with the company representing a massive accumulation of know-how." New members joining the Club this year are Bill Baber, Paul Greenhalgh, Paul French and Gary Brooks. There are two club members who each have 48 years experience in the business Tony Burke and Peter Masser. Most of the club members live in the Bury and Bolton area demonstrating the region's high skill levels. They have participated in Manchester contracts such as the Manchester Evening News Arena, the new Convention Centre and Great Northern Warehouse. Nationally, they have work on developments at Sellafield, Canary Wharf, Portcullis House (new Parliament offices) and the new Greater London Authority Headquarters.
