NEW FINISHING MACHINE DRAGS JEWELRY PRODUCTION INTO THE MILLENNIUM

The new machines polish internal and external faces at the same time, eliminating the need for time consuming manual processing. Wedding bands, watch housings, large earrings and similar small items can be processed in high volume. Up to 800 standard size bands per day can be polished to perfection by the DF70 machine, for example. Automatic timers eliminate the need for process monitoring and allow consistent results to be achieved every time.

Wedding bands or other components are loaded onto specially designed hangers. These rotate through the finishing compound so that every surface is polished. Contact between components is avoided, eliminating product damage and avoiding any need to manually polish out surface defects.

Two machines are available the DF35 and DF70 with 35 and 70 liters capacity respectively. Both machines have enclosed cabinets for safety and to contain noise. Bench top and freestanding versions are available. Each machine can be operated safely by unskilled persons and is supplied with processing container and a set of hangers. Additional hangers and containers are available. This minimiizes downtime between processes and suits different components and process cycles.
