The new catalogue reflects feedback from customers. Keen pricing, good service and products to make the installer's job easier were key concerns. Hargreaves Ductshops have secured the best prices from their suppliers and passed these on to customers. Ductshop staff are undergoing continuous training so they can provide sound advice. Innovative new products have been introduced such as the Hargreaves "Secure" pop-fit and seal spiral fittings, Gripple three-step suspension systems and Systemair fans with world-class design, performance and reliability.

Summing up the thinking behind the ductshop operation, general manager Ian Frost explained, "We aim to be the first choice supplier to the HVAC trade by making it easier to buy the complete package in one trip, easier to install because of innovative design and less trouble to maintain because of quality engineering and manufacture." Catalogues are available from ductshops at Waltham Cross, Heathrow, Leeds, Bury and East Kilbride.
