Deburred jewellery pieces and media are loaded into the Aquasort tube through a funnel. Water flow is started by pressing a foot pedal and controlled by a handle. The media separates from the parts and floats in suspension while the heavier parts sink to the bottom of the tube. Water flow is then increased to expel the media leaving just the jewellery in the tube. A simple quick release coupling allows the pieces to fall into the collecting bowl.

Reusable materials can be recovered and product separated in a clean condition, free from paste smearing or adhering residues. Aquasort needs only a single phase electricity supply and convenient water connection. With a foot print of just 82.5cm by 82.5cm the unit will fit anywhere.
